About Us
We are based on the UK South Coast near Brighton and Paul has owned the apartment in Sotogrande for 5 years.
It took us a very long time to initially decide where to buy on the Costa Del Sol and we looked at apartments up and down the coast from Nerja to San Roque. We looked at some lovely apartments in the hills but decided we would like somewhere where we didn’t have to get in a car each time we wanted to visit a local bar or restaurant. Paul and I love the water and so a sea-side location was going to be decision maker.
We visited Sotogrande a couple of times and decided it had a lovely sophistication about it. The marina was amazing with its yachts and boats and all the sports options were superb, not to mention the quieter beaches. We saw that it was very easy to get around without having to use the car and there was a great choice of restaurants and bars to visit, all of which are a very good standard.
Following many viewings with a local agent, we saw the garden apartment and just fell in love with it. We loved being able to walk directly outside into the garden and to have the waters-edge at the end. We hope that you enjoy staying at the apartment as much as we do!
